Can I travel abroad with your vehicle?

Yes, with our written consent, you can travel outside the Czech Republic with the vehicle. All our cars can be operated within the European Union countries.

You can simply order this service when booking a vehicle.

Do you rent vehicles for just 1 day?

Yes, you can rent any car from us, even for one day.

Choose a vehicle according to your needs from our current fleet. We offer short-term rental at fair prices – we regularly monitor the competition between car rental companies in Prague so that we can offer you the best possible price while maintaining high quality services.

Do you rent vehicles for a longer period? For example, longer than 1 month?

Yes, we offer long-term vehicle rental for a period of 1 to 24 months.

We will prepare an individual offer with a more favorable price according to the expected mileage. The ideal solution for companies, self-employed persons and individuals who need a car for a longer period without the obligations of an operational leasing.

Do you want to rent a car, but don't want to drive all the way to our branch?

We completely understand! Stay where you are and we will be happy to bring the vehicle to you. The car delivery service **(delivery service)** is a given today. You can easily order this service when booking the vehicle.

Do you want to have a drink or prepare for a meeting during the trip?

If so, we will be happy to provide you with a reliable and serious driver for our car. Whether you need a personal driver for business meetings, trips, sightseeing tours or just for a comfortable, worry-free ride – we are here for you.

We can also provide you with a driver for your own vehicle. Do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange everything according to your needs.

Do you need to transport several people at once? Are you looking for a minibus?

If your answer is **yes**, you’ve come to the right place! We will arrange for you to transport groups of people in a comfortable minibus or larger car anywhere throughout Europe. Whether it’s a corporate event, a wedding, a trip or an airport transfer – we will ensure a smooth and reliable journey.

What are your mileage limits?

The daily rate includes mileage: – 1-3 days: 200 km / day | 4-29 days: 150 km / day • For long-term rentals (from one month), a monthly mileage of 2,000 km is included as standard. • We also offer other tariffs according to mileage: 1,500 km / month | 3,000 km / month | 4,500 km / month • Over-limit kilometers are charged from 2 CZK to 10 CZK excluding VAT per 1 km, depending on the type of vehicle. Example rates: Škoda Fabia III – 2.50 CZK / km | Škoda Octavia III – 3.00 CZK / km | VW Passat B8 – 3.50 CZK / km

Are you planning to drive more kilometers than the normal daily limit?
It’s all a matter of agreement – call us and we will prepare an individual kilometer package exactly according to your needs.

Do I have to return the car clean when I return it?

We believe that you always receive a perfectly clean vehicle from us. We will be happy if you return the vehicle to us in the same condition, or you can pay an additional 990 CZK excluding VAT for a complete cleaning of the vehicle and we will take care of it for you.

Are your vehicles insured against damage?

Our vehicles are also insured against damage with a 10% deductible. If you would like to be sure with zero extra costs, we will be happy to arrange a 0% deductible for you for an additional 50% to the standard daily rate.

How is your fuel tank?

You take the vehicle from us with a full tank and return it in the same condition. If you are unable to refuel, we will be happy to take care of it for you – we will simply charge you for the missing fuel when you return the vehicle.

Can I smoke cigarettes in the vehicle?

All of our vehicles are **non-smoking**. We take care of the cleanliness of the interior, the comfort of all clients and consideration for families with children.

Smoking in the car can leave an unpleasant smell and cause permanent damage to the interior, which could lead to additional costs. Thank you for respecting this ban and contributing to the comfort of all our customers.
